The hotel had construction going on so during the day there was hammering and other noises heard from our room. Not too annoying since we did not spend too much time in the room

Room and bed was comfortable, food was good.

Some staff lacked hospitality, the bell boy tore off the stickers on our luggage for no reason while we were watching, the guests at the place were too noisy (not the fault of the hotel).

The rooms, location, and service were all splendid. The outdoor restaurant was also terrific, though as a note for others, the menu is all-vegetarian and does not serve alcoholic beverages.

The wifi was very poor inside the rooms, and the hotel was under renovation during our stay, which was slightly inconvenient.

Location was excellent. Food was okay but I paid for 2 persons as option for 1 person was not there. It was not buffet as I understood not many visitors were there. So food choice was limited.

Option for 1 person was not there and as food varieties were less i felt I paid much more money on food than required. Renovation was going on so the cleanliness was not good. Staff was very nice. They tried their best. Since the weather was not good, we had to stay indoor. They should have kept some indoor programs in the evening other than only Aarti.

The location of the property is excellent. Ask for a room with a balcony where you can view the Ganga turning. The rooms were generally clean, and the food was very good. The front desk staff were very helpful.

This is the most confusing and hardest-to-navigate property I have stayed in. Just too many elevators and stairs, and they leave you at different parts of the property. The elevator to the third floor did not work, and we were given a room on..... the third floor. The approach road to the resort was also in bad shape. The staff at the activity desk were not very helpful and did not appear very approachable. Also, yoga on one of the days was cancelled without any prior notice. A property of this size should have a backup instructor.

A brief but very pleasant stay at Aloha on the Ganges in Rishikesh. We booked a two bedroom standard suite and were pleasantly greeted with welcome tikka, mala, refreshing lemon and mint drink and a surprise suite upgrade upon check in. The property at Aloha is exceptional - modern, spacious, clean and very comfortable, with every convenience catered to. The view of the Ganges from the many several vantage points was a highlight of this property. We were also incredibly impressed with the customer service throughout, but especially when we discovered we had left some items in a drawer during our stay. Staff went above and beyond to work with us to locate the cables and post them to us rapidly ahead of our return home to Australia. We could not be more appreciative of the kindness and service of Aloha on the Ganges.

Room service was extremely overpriced and the buffet breakfast was underwhelming as well.

The room had a musty odour even though it had been recently renovated and very modern. The staff placed us in a room opposite another they were renovating. Alot of banging of tools and fine dust entering room. Last night we asked to be moved . We wish we had of asked earlier. Food and staff exceptional.

Great views. The hotel is difficult to get to since the road leading to the entrance is a steep rubble, impossible to walk on.

Restaurant is very small- with such a big hotel standing in a queue for food is annoying.They can add more activities for the price being charged

The location, expanse, feel of the property was so good. It was relaxing and soothing. Felt very comfortable. The staff were courteous and very warm. The chef, Yogesh created magic in every meal. He also attended us personally and took feedback. The fact that the property is right on the bank of maa Ganga is the clincher. Loaded with luxuries and the evening Ganga Aarti that made us feel elated. Evening cultural programme by the local artiste on Friday was the stealer and it was very entertaining! Loved every moment of the stay.Will visit again!Vikas

Occasionally found it difficult to find the room as no floor has directions so took a little while to orientate..a small gripe!

Food spread. Ganges view . Room facilities. Courteous staff.

Clogged basin . Loose and falling out toilet cover . Bad last leg of the approach road. Nobody came to take luggage at the time of check out inspite of calling.

Amazing location. Had a fabulous stay with my family. Stayed at Royal garden facing room. It was too good. Food was fantastic. Great hospitality!

What a restorative treat! From the refreshing and inspiring views to the lovely room, beautiful grounds, interesting activities, and helpful staff, this hotel is well designed and welcoming. Wish we could have stayed longer and definitely dream of returning!

The rooms are very spacious and beautiful. The view is magnificent. Staff in Latitude restaurant was lovely.

The rest of the hotel is slightly outdated, meaning the corridors, reception and the restaurant inside hotel. Food during dinner also not the best.

Everything was good. The staff was very helpful. Location and food was excellent.

The approach road is the only drawback but if you have a car it can be ignored.Garden facing apartments did not really have a garden view.The kitchenette could be little better equipped.
